I have a small frame so I appreciate that it's not big and bulky. Plus, I have a "swayback" and needed something to keep my lower back from bending inwards when I do overhead lifting. My waist is around 28" so I ordered a medium but I ran out of belt before I could get it as tight I as needed so I ended up getting a small instead which works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Very Cute weight lifting belt. I love the belt although it honestly is a bit bright. I find it to be cute and comfortable but definitely very bright.
