Just tried it out today with a 25lb plate doing dips and some pull ups, no complaints with it so far. This is my first belt, so I’m happy I didn’t have to spend $30 - $40 dollars for another brand.

Chain is a bit short if your plates don't have grip holes around the edges but it works otherwise I would think it could handle at least 3 plates easily great deal as I only use 1 for pullups for now
