This is probably more of a preference than a critique on the belt, but I prefer the leather weightlifting belts. I use a bigger belt than my wife, but with the leather belt, it has enough perforations that we can both use it. This belt is sized small or large. I cant use the small and she cant use the large, so now we both have to carry a belt and spend more.On the positive side, the belt is really light weight and significantly cheaper than a leather belt, you can probably purchase 2 of these and you may not spend as much as you would on a leather belt. Its easy to put on and take off and if comfortable but I would prefer it be more malleable. I typically use this over my clothes and typically wear layers, so comfort has not been an issue. Would be great if it was available in a few more colors.

This weightlifting belt is awesome! My son is really happy with it, and it fits him like a glove. Seems really sturdy and well-built too. He said it's super easy to use, which is a plus. Definitely recommend it. Good value!

This works well for our clients who want to add some additional weight to their pull ups. The chain feels solid and while we haven't tested the full capacity of the chain, we have added about 20lbs to it and didn't have any issues. The size small works well for women and leaner men.

I love the colors and style of the belt, it also fits me really well and is super comfortable on my back. I also think it is strong enough to support my back while doing squats or deadlifts. It's also super easy to wear. No complaints at all.

Nice for weighted dips, pullups & squats, and is a decent weightlifting belt for being made of nylon, normally I'd stick with leather for weightlifting belts, but I really wanted one with a chain for the aforementioned weighted exercises, and there were no 2 in 1 leather belts available on Vine, at the time. It's well-made and should last a long time.
