Took a gamble since this waa so inexpensive but was looking for a weight belt that wouldn't cut into my ribs, this ended up being perfect. Being tapered it has less height in the front that usual. It is stiff and offers firm support for lifts.

This is pretty comfortable for my body type ( big hips fit a guy). I wouldn’t use for squats/ dead’s that are very heavy as it is Velcro and in general Velcro’s bondage strength declines over time due to contaminates ( like hair, dust, lint) getting stuck in the material. For those use a lever or buckle belt. Anyway, I use for lighter lifts, but primarily as a sled pull belt. Again, it really is comfortable, no pinching, would buy agian

Price is good and great back support. I use it when I squat at the gym and it felt the difference in my back. It felt much better and it's comfortable. Thought it was going to feel hard like plastic and dig in your sides but it doesn't.

I rarely use a belt and just need something lightweight, velcro, and that isn't going to pinch me or dig into my ribs during deadlifts. I almost never use a belt anyway and lift raw, but going past 300 lbs on squats or deadlifts I just want a little something. This belt is great, rolls up small and easily fits in my gym bag (that I carry around between sets -- belt, chalk, small towel etc.) It is not bulky or heavy, and is really all the support most people would need.I am a 34 waist on pants, I got the Medium and it was the right choice. I have sent a few weight belts back buying through the internet, it is just tricky to find the right size.
