Husband says he loves this belt and has used it every day since it arrived. He originally got it for dips, but has since found several other uses for it when he goes to the gym. Sturdy, well made and said it also helps with back support which he didn't even notice was a selling point. Would definitely recommend.

I used it for reverse hip trush off cable machine. Its sturdy and well made. Should came hook on both side as anchors for loop. Only one side and other it Caribbean

Got this for my youngest son, who is the big fitness guy in the family. This looks like a great piece of equipment. I think the belt will be comfortable to wear, since it seems to be well padded. The chain and D-rings seem to be plenty heavy-duty enough for whatever weight he want to put on them. I think this will be a great addition to his weight lifting arsenal and I think he'll like it.Recommended
