Perfect for toning abs and other muscles taking shorter time. The pads last longer if you kindly clean your skin and dry urself up. The functionality and design are both easy to use and intuitive. Different modes of function is available for adjusting the intensity. It may requires a long time of usage for effects to be seen, but u do feel ur muscles getting tighter after using it just like working out.
