I think this product is well made, sturdy and offerred at a great price relative to other neck exercisers I was on Amazon. However, I had to return it because it wouldn't fit. I can wear a large cap, but usually require and extra-large size, so my head is probably a bit larger than average. The fit was tight but would have been OK except that I couldn't close the forehead strap. If they had only extended the velcro portion further along the strap I would have been able to close it. I recommend it for quality and design if it fits your head, but be aware if wear a hat greater than large it may not fit.

The chains are kind of annoying, but that's probably with most of them. Fits my head well, velcro is strong and padded enough. For a low cost solution, I recommend it.

High quality product at an unbeatable price. I've had pain at the base of my neck when I lifted for months and months, and using this harness eliminated that pain almost instantly on my very first use. I use it at the end of every lifting session and my neck has never felt better.

The harness is good. The carabiners on the chain won't pass through standard sized weight plate holes; only through Olympic sized holes. So there are 2 steps required to change weight. They give you a nice long chain.

Only recently started training my neck seriously and this really helps! Doing neck curls upwards feels natural but loading plates on the back of your dome does not, which is where this comes into play. Great value for the price I payed.
