I am going for a bench PR and this comes in handy. i was getting up to 30 bodyweight dips. But hanging weight on my body gives me a better workout.

I ordered the Dip Belt from FLEXI MUSCLES for my husband (62) who has been weightlifting since he was 8-9 years old. My husband has only used the belt a few times, if anything changes or his view changes I will update. My husband likes the belt, it does as expected, is comfortable, simple, and easy to use. My husband has had several back surgeries, the belt is comfortable enough for him to use, however, said comfort and belt staying in place can depend on one's body shape. It is suitable for everyone and types but have to keep in mind what you are looking for and what your comfort levels are. He said the chain handled the heavy-weight plates well for him, with no issues. If anything, changes or issues I will update as they come.

Excellent for the price but not the best

Materials are just fine, the problem is the belt and chain are not long enough. I have a 34" waist and the belt barely gets around the side of my abs. The way this is set up, you lose a lot of chain length to hold the belt closed. This could possible work if you had a long enough chain and an extra carabiner to hold the belt together with the hanging weight. It can also work if you have grip plates and put the chain around the handle, but the chain is so short, your will feel like you are giving yourself non-stop wedgies while working out. I was hoping to use this instead of my weight vest for dips, but I don't like the feeling of wedgies. If you are using smaller weights, you can rest the weights against your junk, which again, does not work for me. It's possible this will work with kettlebells, but I don't use those. I still give it 3 stars since material is good and price is fine, so it might work for some people.

Here, put this on. Hang some weight off the chain. Now do some pull ups. Now some dips. Keep going. Now your getting stronger. Simple premise really. This belt is solid. A great value for a dip/pull up belt. Ive paid more for equal quality and wouldn't pay less for lesser quality. It fits me fine and I'm 6'2 225lbs. The chain and carabiners are sturdy. Stiching seems good so far. Time will tell. Worth a consideration if your in the market.

I use this for weighted dip and my two boys use it dips and pullups. We now have the option to go heavy or go for reps so workouts are more effective. It is durable, comfortable and well made. It easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Very well constructed and can easily handle the 45lb plate I've been using. The belt is comfortable and distributes the weight nicely without cutting in when doing dips. The belt is well sewn together with no loose seams and all the edges are smooth with no rough edges. Overall great dip belt.

Decent weight belt if you are an average size (or smaller) person. While my son did not have issues, he does wish the chains were longer. Overall, he says this belt is quality made from comfortable materials and that once you get the hang of it, it is fairly easy to set up and use. He's been using this dip belt a few times a week for several months now without any functional or quality issues or exceptions. Very happy with this purchase- especially for the price.
