Bass tuners just don't get better. Take the weight off the headstock while bettering your tuning accuracy and stability.

Ordered this for a replacement for the stock tuners on my NXT EUB. Al the research said they would fix. Turns out the hole on the head stick was too small. Didn’t feel comfortable boaring the hole out to fit. Ended up send it back.Wish it would have worked.

Dropped right in with no problem. Only minor issue was that the included screw was a tad smaller than the stock one, so I used the stock screw for installation.

Love these tuners. I tune them and they hold the note. Smooth feel to them when you turn them. Well made. Highly recommended.

These tuners are everything folks say they are: lightweight, precise, well made... basically, perfect replacements for OEM bass tuners. One great feature is that they are easily converted from left orientation to right and v.v. However, if you buy them by the set, they come assembled for a Fender-style neck with all the keys on one side of the peghead. You can easily shift the key to the other side to make a 2L/2R set by removing the hex-drive screw that holds the key on the tuner body. However!!! Make sure you use a 1/16" hex key. Don't make the mistake I made and try to use a metric hex key that more or less fits the hex socket. You'll strip the socket. Nowhere on the Hipshot website (that I could find) nor in the product descriptions at M.F. or G.C. is this explained. REPEAT! USE A 1/16" HEX KEY WHEN YOU DISASSEMBLE THE TUNER TO CHANGE THE LEFT-RIGHT ORIENTATION. Thank you for your attention. That is all.
