My basses either come with Hipshot tuners or I install them as upgrades. Only one tuner arrived. They are great tuners. Their description mentioned "set", "tuners", and the number 2 twice. When I called for clarification, the representative at the company was rude and unprofessional. I do feel ripped off and inconvenienced. Amazon's customers deserve way better than a "mom and pop" experience.
