In my never-ending Don Quixote-esq battle to stop the birds and squirrels from eating my figs, I have resorted to using netting. This netting is well made, they give you a generous amount, and it sometimes stops those little critters.

I used to buy netting from Walmart but I discovered this last year this makes my 2nd season of purchasing this item it's cheaper and you get alot for your money I'm happy with it.

we got it for enclosing areas to prevent deer. birds will also get caught in it and give an undue advantage to our cat. it does seem to prevent deer from munching on plants. mind you the deer had not developed a habit of munching on the areas we blocked off, which may make a big difference. they just continue on past it so far. this does not stop hungry racoons though, they push right through it. we are pleased with the purchase and effectiveness. could use it for birds too. can repair holes with twine. we ended up fortifying it against racoons with 3' been trellis.

The openings are large enough for some birds to steal blueberries. All these meshes are a pain to work with, but they do keep the deer from destroying certain trees and shrubs.

I would recommend this netting for keeping the deer from eating your plants. But it's time consuming covering the plants and I have had to keep readjusting some of it as it comes off. I had no trouble with the birds so I cannot comment on that. If you are looking for inexpensive this is the way to go

A lot of netting for the price. I particularly appreciate the little stakes and zip-ties that come with. And it works very well. Has kept deer and squirrels out of the trees and garden. And it's almost invisible when up so that's a great plus.

Your basic 1” X 1” plastic netting. Comes with small zip ties and stainless steels U rings to pin the netting down. I needed it for trellising Peas, but it can be used for beans or any climbing veggies or netting for fruit trees to protect them from birds. The material is 7’ by 100’, so you get quite a lot for $15.00. I cut what I needed, zip tied it to posts in my garden and was done. I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy fruit or vegetables, but otherwise it was perfect for my needs.

its is very light weight but serves the purpose around the garden. Possibly reusable, but a good product.

It's bit tricky to use, because it gets caught up on itself. Great price. Does the job of preventing deer to nibble at plants. Comes with extra zip ties and long, sturdy "U" pins, helpful in tacking down to the ground. Very happy with purchase!
