Its a really good computer except mine didn't come with a graphics card sadly, and the monitor was good other than the fact that I have to prop it up for it not to fall other than that its perfect for a cheep choice to start gaming and loads kinda slow

first thing is, why do all these educated design engineers print instructions in the smallest font made and leave large amounts of white space with nothing on it, The screens on the instruction sheet never showed up, had a terrible time getting getting setup, the keyboard is very hard to see the letters with the stupid lights of different colors shining in your face you can't adjust the volume on the speakers unless you go under the monitor because the volume control is way below the speakers, the power& adjusting buttons for the monitor are located on the back making it hard to turn on & off or adjust just a horrible design all together since I have another keyboard I will keep it but can't recommend itupdate:12/12/24 this machine is horrible, I got it set up, switched keyboard and running, it is very slow it respond to internet and now refuses to accept download say"incomplete information" when I tried to download a program from a company that I have on my other computer that I know it a good company and log-in problems with most of my internet programs DO NOT BUY THIS if you plan to use the internet

So, for the money you don’t expect anything perfect. The computer does the job. When I received, the monitor didn’t work. Never has. I reached out to the seller. Took awhile for a response but my only option was to return the entire set up. I just wanted the screen replaced. It was a gift for my son, of course he was to excited to send it back. So we hooked it to his tv and kept it. They didn’t have anymore in stock so they were going to have to refund the money. Bought late March early April. Everything except the monitor work and still continuing to work. Just low rating due to screen and weak customer service.

Llego muy bien, pero ojo lo compre en el hot sale y costo 5,500 aprox y despues del hot sale lo bajaron a 4,400 aprox asi que para que tengan en cuenta los proximos sales mejor esperence a que pase porque bajan los precios!!!

Orderd this item as a Christmas gift for my 9year old wanted to see how he did with it before paying $2k on a nice gaming computer. Worst purchase I've ever received off Amazon got it and 1st thing there was no keyboard or mouse I. The box contacted there customer service traight to voice-mail did get a call back an hour later and was promised to be sent the missing items however it didn't end there i decided to use a wireless set I had to check the computer out when I opened the packaging it was even worse the face of the tower just fell completely off then after lookin it wasnt even the computer I had ordered. It was supposed to be a hp elite desk the one sent was an hp rp5800 two very different cpu's. But then I open the screen looked to be a nice samsung monitor but no as soon as I unfolded the stand boom the whole base is cracked idk why I didn't stop at this point but I kept going. I used a spare keyboard and mouse to get it hooked up set up and tested starts up fine but making strange hard drive sounds get to set up screen and guess what please hook up ethernet cable no wifi wich it was supposed to have per the item description or I wouldn't have even bothered at that point I just put it all back in the box contacted Amazon for a return and went straight to ups this was yesterday now let's see what I end up going through to get my refund!
