The computer didn’t work and I couldn’t use Wi-Fi when I tried.The computer would not shut down. Al it did was flash solid yellow, red, blue and green screen. After shutting it off manually, it wouldn’t come back on.Shouldn’t have expected any less, it was a refurbished computer.

This item is very bad I am still trying to get my refund not in a gift certificate but put back into my account I no longer have da card that I paid for it I have another card but your company want give me my money on da new card that was issued this is bad business

I really thought it would more compct, but after I set it up, I found there was no ethernet card connected. (WTF"?).I tried everything I knew to do but I would have have to use a wired cable to my router. This isn't wh a t I ordered.

When I checked the GB of this computer, it was not 1000, which would have been 1 TB, as advertised; it was only 953 GB. And the HDMI ports were just holes in the back without a way to connect a cord. When I complained to the seller, I got the answer that I must have an incorrect cord, and they couldn't do anything about it. I sent back the first one, hoping to get more than just holes in the back to connect my monitor, but the replacement had the same holes with no way to connect a cord. Since I had an older monitor cord, I used that because I just needed to get a working computer. It is a fast computer, however.
