contacting the seller currently. the computer is awesome, except....the usb ports and whatever connected to them quit working over and over again. I have to constantly restart the computer . sometimes they work for a few hours...other times they shut down constantly. very frustrating

It's working well - my only complaint is that transferring files via USB ports is on the slow side. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.
