Watch out snakes! This is a long extendable snake catching rig, with a drawstring to catch them once they are in. There is a 12-inch ring with 31 inch deep netting. This has a pole that can extend from 16 to 59 inches. The net and pole can be separated for the most compact size. Nice strong rubber handle. Not sure about 4 LB snakes, but I don't think I have ever seen anything that big in my yard! Nice fun for catching those little guys and playing with them a bit!

Living next to a pond and in front of a lake in Florida, we see and have our share of snakes on our property. So far, we've not encountered any venomous snakes but we always want to be prepared. This net, will be on standby to help safely trap and relocate any snakes that wander onto our property accidentally.

There is no grabber included to catch the snake. Just the net. In the video at least there was a hook.

Good and sturdy, this is strong enough to reach out and catch the snake you are holding with the grabbers without having to hold it close to your body. You can do a quick twist afterwards to trap the snake in there and then you are completely safe. Easy and well made product.

Awesome and much needed, we live on land and always run into snakes this will help a lot in moving them to a different location away from the kids and animals.

The length it telescopes out is impressive. However, there’s not really a good way to secure it so the head doesn’t spin. The metal seems slightly hollow which is expected considering it’s telescopic. I don’t think this metal is strong enough to really handle a full grown snake completely extended so I would definitely work with caution or use it with full weight when completely compressed. The draw string is awesome for containing whatever you catch and the length of the net itself is great. The reflective material is also an extra bonus. My only flaw is the idea that this isn’t really as heavy duty as I would like it to be. I have fish nets that are much stronger.
