Very stretchy and soft. I bought it so I could get a cortisone shot in my knee.The ankle is super baggy even with the elastic cinch.For something that is so stretchy, it doesn’t need to be so loose.Aside from that, if I didn’t need a new hip, it’s stretchy enough to ninja kick someone in the head.It is a little too long, but you wouldn’t notice it if the ankle wasn’t so loose.

Leg cuff has an elastic on it and I keep stepping on the cord locks but otherwise these are great pants
