Solidly built stool that looks great. Has no cheap plastic bits, has a great vintage bronze look. Only issue I had was the instructions could be a lot clearer. It comes partially assembled but then you have to disassemble it in order to reassemble it. The parts drawings are hard to match to the actual parts - they could do a better job. But now that it's assembled, I love it!! Now, I am ready to pretend I am driving a tractor while sitting at my desk or counter.

I’ve had this stool outside for just over a month now and it looks as good as it did when I got it out of the box. Since it is painted with real copper paint, I was hoping for some green patina over time. But so far it just looks brand new. Can’t really complain about that. Lol. It’s a very comfortable stool however, at first it may feel like you’re leaning forward when you sit on it, but it comes with adjustable feet, so that issue is easily solved. I like this stool enough that I wish I had a need for a second one. I just love the way they look. This stool is also constructed of coated solid iron so it is incredibly durable with no flimsy parts whatsoever. My brother also needs a barbecue stool for his deck, so I’m getting him one for his birthday. So not only would I buy this again, I am.

At work, I have a standing desk and wanted some sort of stool to more 'lean on' than for sitting, for things like interviewing, etc... This is *perfect!*I purchased the taller one... The assembly instructions won't bore you with wordiness ;) but it's easy enough to figure out. Definitely not so comfortable you'll hang out on it for too long. Very, very solid, sturdy, and heavy; not cumbersome but it's not tipping if you bump it.Definitely worth it. Would purchase again.

WE BOUGHT 7 OF THESE TO USE IN OUR NEW BASEMENT KITCHEN. WE'VE REIEVED LOTS OF COMPLIMNETS AND EVERYONE SAYS THEIR COMFORTABLE. I'VE READ THE REVIEWS WHERE IT'S SAID THEY'RE WOBBLY, AND THEY ARE A BIT IF THE SEATS ARE UP TOO HIGH. THESE ARE MEANT FOR COUNTER TOP HEIGHT SEATING NOT BAR HEIGHT.

I bought one as a tester for use in the kitchen breakfast bar. Overall, I'm impressed with the looks, quality & comfort and will buy a couple more. One gremlin is that the seat can be a slightly wobbly even when the height adjustment screw is tightened. It's also heavy, and so might be troublesome for small children to move compared to a wooden or tube steel stool. I'm not sure it's truly robust enough for use in a commercial bar type setting, but overall it's excellent value.

These bar stools are very sturdy. They look fantastic in my modern farmhouse decor. Since they are a heavy metal, they are more comfortable than you might think. Directions to assemble are well written.
