If you need to get a CV Axle out buy this. Very good product. A lot bigger in person.Heavy duty for sure. Took like 5 seconds to get the axle out of 2008 Ford Focus. Worth the money.

My son and I recently had to replace the passenger side axle shaft on my 2006 Scion xB. (We'd done the driver side a couple of years ago.) Try as we might, we just couldn't get the old axle shaft out. So, we put it all back together and took it to a friend's shop. He used a tool like this to pop it right out. We decided right then and there to get one for the next time we need one to save all of the trouble of taking something apart and not being able to finish the job.The only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars is that we haven't used it enough to determine the long-term quality. but, for occasional use it looks just fine.

This is a lot more heavy duty than I expected. It's really good quality and I popped out both CV axles with just a couple of swings of the slide hammer. I should have bought one of these years ago! It made removing the axles so much easier... there have been times in the past that I have fought a CV axles for over a half an hour on each just to get them out, this tool popped them right out! It fit around the CV joint with ease, the functionality of this tool is awesome! It was easy to assemble and use. It's a very good value for the money.
