Since my collection of brass wax seal stamps had taken over my living room coffee table, I needed to find a better place for them. And especially since a new pet whose species is noted for its curiosity would soon be in residence.By making some adjustments to allow for the height of the containers that hold each category of stamps, I was able to house the stamps on 5 shelves & utilize the others for items handy at the adjacent "front door", so to speak. A deeper shelf holds "catalogs-to-be" items, & waxes and accessories are in the cabinet at the bottom to which I added front to back vinyl coated wire shelves to double its usefulness.The bookcase is assembled as 2 cabinets which are attached lying flat on the floor, & then righted. It was my 3rd ready-to-assemble project & by then should have been easy to construct. But I suffer from brain fog which at the time made all the pieces look alike, especially since there are 2 identical cabinets. So, I resorted to labeling them with large pieces of paper to keep from mixing them up. If you run into similar difficulty, I'm sure you'll come up with a solution too. So, don't be afraid to tackle it, and especially if you have no experience.The bookcase is actually holding much more than I expected to use it for & has turned out to be an even greater buy for the money spent.

This bookshelf is extremely well made! Back wall is solid, just like the side walls. All edges are finished, even those facing the back. Easy to assemble & they include all tools needed to do so, even a drill bit in case you prefer to use your own power tools. It is much heavier than I expected because it is so well made. I needed a second pair of hands to lift the top half into place. Someone taller & stronger might be able to do it alone.

It's ok. Needed for narrow space in small study. Really hard to assemble, even after I handed it over to the family handy man. To get five shelves, you had to put together a box, with poor instructions, and attach it to the frame built for four shelves. Why not just have a five-shelf side frame??? The included tiny wrench was flimsy. Purchased for an adult room, color white looks more like a nursery item; but hidden behind the door, and fitting perfectly in a 13inch-wide space, it is just what was needed. The assembly took an expert carpenter type hours; should have been finished in 30 minutes.

Well made. Solid bookshelf. Assembled all by myself, very easy to put together. Needed extra storage in my bathroom. Put some feet on it to keep it off the ground.

Like very much, and once I threw away the screws that came with it and used my own it was easy to put together. The screws that came with it were flat where they should be sharp so they wouldn’t screw in and that’s why I took a star off.
