JoyTube Turbo Engine Timing Tool Kit
for Chevy Vauxhall Opel Cruze 1.0 1.2 1.4
This engine timing tool kit is designed to lock the cam and crank shafts in position to allow the removal and replacement of the timing chain fitted to the Vauxhall/Opel twin Cam engines below.
Removal of the timing chain will require the removal of the sump.
Ensure the chain tensioner is fully retracted and held in the retracted position using a suitable pin.
Remove the crankshaft pulley using an appropriate pulley holding tool.

What I liked was that the kit worked as well as an OTC kit would. My warning to those of you who are thinking of working on the engines these are designed for, don't try without this tool kit, and follow manufactures instructions. I went online to find someone who thought he could show everyone how good he was, his instructions almost cost me the engine.

This is an OK tool to set the cams and pickups for GM Family 0 engines like the 1.4l (83 cid) turbo. It does require a little more clearancing for the timing cover in the spots that are already clearanced.

This item is worth every penny spent. It did exactly what is was made to do I wanted to use it over and over but I only have one car it didn't dawn on me to video the use of it but I wish I did so u can see y I gave it 5 stars it's a good tool
