I use these pads to polish the base of porcelain pots I make on the wheel. Sometimes small bits of glaze or other debris sticks to the foot of a pot or cup when they are fired. These can scratch a table or counters surface. The pads make polishing the foot smooth a quick and simple task.

I have sent two emails to the company that makes these sanding sponges and have to date gotten zero response. The three finer grades (500, 1500, & 3000) have no grit on them! Mine came with just plastic nubs which mark up the metal I am trying to use them on.

I’m a furniture refinishing expert and frankly I cannot say enough good things about these little numbers! I wasn’t a huge fan of their price at first, but out of curiosity ordered them 6 months ago for my Antique and Vintage furniture ( and now, ANY furniture- Restoration and Refinishing Business 😉).. and they are STILL here with me working each day.. looking less than as beautiful as the day they arrived to me, of course, but absolutely NO other sanding blocks on the market today would still be around after all that time ( and work, sanding furniture!).. as most sanding blocks I buy last- on average- a few weeks- even the “best of the best” ones like 3M! But these?! AMAZING.. there’s just no other way to say it.. I’m now adding more sanding blocks to my collection, and hoping to buy the KGS diamond sanding discs soon as well! Thank you very much for providing me, and others like me a wonderful product that actually, in the long run, DOES save you money! - Kiersten, Owner of AUSKraft LLC ( Snohomish, Washington)

I used these diamond pads to smooth the edges of porcelain tile after cutting...and to round and smooth the edges of granite tile. I always wet sanded, starting at 60 grit...then 200 grit and finishing with 400 grit. I then used wet/dry 600, 1000 and 1500 grit sandpaper. The result was very shiny and smooth edges. Takes a bit of work but worth it.

The sanding action isn't as smooth as i would like, but they're not bad. I've used these for wood and also to smooth ceramic greenware before firing.

Was told that I would not be able to purchase these. Now we can finished jobs yourself without spending shed loads of money for someone else to do what we can do.

Great item. Used to sand sandstone floor. Wish I'd had it (and 400 grit) weeks ago - would have saved me hours!!

Bought for cleaning old carpet glue from a stone floor. Wasn't sure what grade I needed, but would recommend the green 60, it works well and easy to de-clog with bucket of hot water.
