no instructions. the holes on the brackets are off. not even close to watertight or even keeping the dust out. I believe I got a returned item. it was hastily cleaned. I wish I would not have purchased this one. spend a little extra for a better one!

This product fits '24 Kawaski Teryx krx 1000 perfectly. Company worked well with me when product did not come with keys to lock.
