Regular reverse lights are meant to just signal you are reversing. However, I have an aftermarket backup camera and need more illumination at night because it was hard for camera to capture image and it was grainy. These solve that problem and allow for the camera to capture things better at night.

I love how bright these light bulbs are for my 2016 Acura TLX's reverse backup light. The original incandescent light bulbs died a few days ago and I had to replace them with another incandescent. Instead of buying a pair of dim light bulbs, I wanted to give these LED bulbs a try and I am very glad that I did. This must be at least 3 to 5 times brighter, even in the afternoon.

These lights work so well that I installed them on my boat instead of my car. I was really impressed by how brightly they shined on my car, which reminded me that I’ve been looking for something brighter for my boat’s anchor light. The quality is outstanding—they feel sturdy and well-made, like they’ll last a very long time, even in the harsh marine environment. It only takes one for the anchor light, so now I have a spare. I’m definitely ordering a second pair for my car soon. The boat took priority this time. LOL!

These are much brighter than the filament bulbs that came with my car. They replaced the 12V W16W 921 bulbs in my car. My car model is the Elantra N. They are about half an inch longer than the standard bulb. It fit my car just fine. These are white and bright. Polarity matters so test it before you put everything back together! I had to flip both bulbs to get them to turn on. Multiple choice was not in my favor this time. Not sure how long they'll last, but LEDs should last much longer than standard bulbs. Will update if they ever go out! As for now, 5/5. Overall, I would recommend them because they work. In terms of value, they're a little pricier than I would want them to be. The brand is known to be good though. They make a lot of products.
