I have a zero turn Hustler lawn mower won’t fit unit not long enough and to wide for the front tires.

We used this jack to lift my Cub Cadet riding mower. The jack wasn’t wide enough to accommodate the front tires. We had to use the jack on the rear tires which did not allow for the brakes to be effect and secure the mower in place. Also the turn/lift screw is made of plastic… not metal. After one use it was slightly shredding on the screw grooves

Assembled and used the lift to raise my mower for the first time. As I was lowering the mower the lifting platform seized up and ball bearings started falling onto the garage floor. I assembled the unit following the instructions, but when lowering, the ring in the support plate had a major problem. I like the concept of this type of riser, but would not recommend this brand. Fortunately Amazon issued a shipping label to return for full refund (after I disassembled and packed up the unit in the original box)...
