This small stabilizer is just enough to take out any vibrations in my recurve and make for a improved shooting experience.

It's a rubber coated solid chunk of steel. I expected it to act a rubber bushing between the riser and the weight. It doesn't; the weight that I was planning to attach to it, would be rigidly bolted to the riser. I won't use it.

Great little stabilizer and noise damper added a few inches paired with my existing stab. Sound and vibration got more suppressed. Very affordable too.
