Easy to install. Had my Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low loaded up on trailer and ready to go in less than an hour. No more needing a second person to help load now! Bike stands up straight on its own.

They advertise it takes 60 seconds to load and lock your bike I really don’t think it takes that long once you’re all set up.

Best investment for transporting my Harley! This made trailering my Street Glide so easy, safe and secure. We traveled to Florida from Ohio, through the curvy hills of West Virginia and the crappy roads of Ohio and Florida and the bike never budged. Simple to use for 1 person because it holds your bike in place so you can strap it down alone. Great product!

I bought 3 of these and the straps are not positioned correctly from an engineering standpoint to stay secure. I’m no rookie at this either. I resorted to the old stand by of wrapping the rim with a strap that secure the wheel firmly to the chock. Every time we have used these Lock and Load straps they have come off the tire. Bad design. The ratchet straps are junk as well. They loosened up during a road trip and our Harley Softail’s rear fender was touching another bike - $800 damage. DON’T BUY THIS JUNK! Their video looks great, but it is all BS.

Made loading my motorcycle an absolute breeze! I can now load up in minutes! I trailerd my Harley Davidson Fat Bob through extreme road conditions in late winter from Delaware to Alaska! With zero problems! I went over pot deep pot holes and un-even roads and my bike never moved or needed to re-tightend. This system puts no stress on my bike's forks. It's so easy to use! I would re-buy in a heart beat!

I really like this unit - but it isn't perfect. Certainly, it does what it's supposed to do, but there are just enough weird things that should have been if the company was truly paying attention to detail. But first, the GOOD. I have an enclosed 6x10 trailer for my Goldwing. I had a traditional Pingle type wheel chock and it worked great, but the Lock N Load is so much better! Before, after I rode the bike inside and bumped up against the chock, I would have to have my wife hold the bike upright for the brief moment before I was able to anchor the soft-ties (could not use the kickstand since the bike hit the wall before the stand hit the ground) and I think you can visualize that situation! I mean, she's no weakling, but a 900+ pound bike that only feels safe when it standing STRAIGHT up begins to lean - even an inch - and it's going where it wants to go. Not pretty at all. But with the Lock N Load, I drive the bike into the unit and up she goes a bit a LOCKS the front wheel tight. Now, I just step off the bike and grab the two rear side ratchet straps and snug them a little before strapping down the front wheel. Re-tighten the side straps and we're ready to go!Now for the Not-So-Good that would not have taken much more effort to get right.1. The way-too-thin plastic housing around the ratcheting mechanism was the first to break (No, I did not drop it.). I drilled out the rivets from the base and threw the rest away.2. There were very sharp edges on about every piece of flat metal. I took a metal file to all the sharp edges (which removed the nice orange powder coat - sad) and smoothed them all off. It is safe to handle now.3. The "Thumb Nuts" for attaching the Lock N Load to the base plate require a TOOL to remove. They are cast aluminum and the lock washers (as per instructions) bite into the Thumb Nuts so much, they pretty much chew the nuts up. I've decided to just use regular hex nuts from now on and carry a socket and ratchet.4. The instruction sheets leave a lot to be desired. I installed everything with little reference to the "instruction" sheets since I have a mechanical handyman background, but for someone who does not that background and experience, it may be a little tough going. But who doesn't have SOME mechanical ability if they own a motorcycle? That about sums it up. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who trailers a big cruiser bike. It makes it safer and easier to to load and GO! Get one NOW.

I recommend watching any video you can find before installing, I did and it was very helpful. My trailer is a toy hauler and already had the D ring tie downs, so that made installation even simpler. Here are my two cents worth on usage:Leave the bike in gear while in transport, this will help, but don't forget the bike is in gear (like I did) when you try to back it out of the wheel chock. It took me a minute to realize why I couldn't get it to back out (Duh!)You want the ratchet straps to be pulling the bike forward into the wheel chock when tightening, not pulling it backward like I did see in one video. This is truly a one man job to load and lock into place. I travel mostly alone and was a key feature for me. The wheel chock holds the bike up without any tie downs. Tying down was simple. The front wheel strap is great, my front forks were not compressed at all when fully tied down. I added two additional straps for good measure, but don't think I really needed them. This fits my smaller bike, Yamaha XT 250 and my Harley Super glide just fine.

I can't say enough about the immediate support from the Manufacturer. After installing this kit on my trailer and securing my bike for the first time I was disappointed that both ratchet straps would slip as soon as the had tension on them, not allowing me to secure my bike. My only option through Amazon was to return the entire kit for replacement. Obviously that was not my best option as I did not want to unbolt everything. I contacted Lock-n-Load directly via phone and explained my issue with the straps. WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR HESITATION I was told to send my contact and mailing info to them and they would send out a replacement set free of charge the next day. WHAT???? No questions or even a request to return the defective set? Now that's customer support! Thank you Lock n Load!Mark M.

Saw it at a local motorcycle trade show. Bought to keep the bike upright and take the balance the weight of a big touring bike rather than have it sit leaning on one side of the suspension. Plus will be handy to have upright for oil changes. Transferable to a trailer with an additional base plate.

Likes: Eaze of loading the bike, just drive on and strap down! Beefy materials with good welds.Areas of Concern: 1) The new version of the bottom plate has T-slots facing in opposite directions vs. the old ones. I have one of each now and prefer the old design. With the new design it is difficult to get the plate centred so that each bolt gets a good bite of metal slot. I don't understand the reason for the change.2) the front ratchet tie down system has a very narrow span around the tire and allows the bike to rock unless the rear tie-downs are firmly and tightly ratcheted down. The old design has proven to be worth its weight in gold as a trailer hauling 4 big BMW 1200 GSAs was involved in an accident where the trailer got air borne and all the bikes ended up unscathed. Proof positive.

This is the best system I have ever used. A bit pricy considering it's a peice of metal that's bent to hold a tire. But I know when my bike is in this system I can travel wherever I need to go and not worry about any harm coming to my pride and joy. Yes I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for quality they can count on.
