The 14" MC14N Andy Charcoal Combination Snip's beveled blade edge is versatile for straight shearing and left or right circular cuts down to 6-inch diameter. A sleek head design improves maneuverability. The slim nose is ideal for making cuts in tight material, shapes such as J-Channel, and new extended blade tips reach all the way into corners. A full 3" cutting length makes straight shearing with the Malco Andy Snip fast and easy. Enhanced blade edges are precision ground and surface finished for smooth cutting in all types of applications. Blade replacement is easily accomplished in the field with just the use of a wrench or nut driver to remove the snip's pivot bolt and insert all-new pressure-fit blades. The wider, thicker loops are 1/2" longer for adder comfort and provide up to 10% more input leverage.

After loosening the bolt slightly they are extremely easy to use and cut sheet metal very fast. I have owned both these and the classics and prefer these slightly.

I worked as a vinyl siding installer for years right up till the recession of 2008. Last year a business associate needed a extra hand on a few construction jobs so I needed some new clippers. I purchased these for a few bucks less then at the supply store. They worked great branded as malco. These didnt have the model number in the flat spot as many do. However they performed perfectly. I had blisters from the old per I had used and these save the day. Very satisfied and love saving money.

I have 3 sets of these shears. One of this model number and 2 of another model number. This one is my favorite because the cutting head is smaller so it cuts left and right much easier. All of the Malco shears cut thin metal and leaves a smooth edge, unlike regular tin snips. Bought mine for cutting roofing metals. Very satisfied with the quality of this tool, and the quality of the cuts it makes. Cheers!
