I started using this when I brought home my chicks and used it under the wood chips. Now they're full grown and I use it in the nesting area and where they roost. Clean up is so much easier and the smell is way less! I tried another brand once and came right back. I couldn't care for my ladies without it!

Chickens can get pretty stinky especially in the winter months when they spend most of their time in their little barn. Even thought I rake the feces up periodically, it still reeks. Very hard to gather eggs with one hand holding my nose! I have been using this product for several years and it makes my visits to the chick pen much more enjoyable. I just sprinkle it on the floor of the pen and instantly the air is breathable again. If you have chickens, this product is a must!!

I am so glad I read about this product because I previously had no idea how easy it would be to keep the coop smelling fresh. Just follow the product instructions - I sprinkle a little under the bedding after cleaning out and refreshing it with new- and it does all the rest of the work.

It seems To help with the smell but I have a medium sized coop so I used half the container after the first use. It won’t be practical to continue using it as I clean my coop at least once a week.

I use once a week and sprinkle in the coop under the roost. I use deep littler method. I turn the littler ( pine shavings) over- sprinkle this in- and the smell goes away. It works fantastically, I wish the bottle was a bit bigger for the price. I think this bottle will last me 4-5 months. Wait to use till chickens aren't in the coop. I have a small coop with 6 hens.
