If you're looking for new pegs for a passenger, do not purchase these for your XL1200X. There are convex (bend outwards) and don't fit around the master cylinder near the exhaust. You want concave pegs (cave inwards).That being said, these pegs don't come with great instructions and you may need to watch a YouTube video to figure it out (if you're a first time rider like myself).Otherwise, the quality of these are amazing. The pegs once assembled are quite sturdy and the sleek black finish of the base fits right in with nearly any color bike.

As these foot begs are cast aluminum. You have to be careful with the weight you put on them. Based on the price less than half of Harley they are good for what the price is.

It doesn't come with instructions, and it's a lot of work. You'll need to take the exhausts off to install the peg mount on the right side. Keep in mind that if you're going to do that you should also install some new exhaust gaskets.
