Good product/ results, expensive and sometimes hard to get. Should explore alternative leveling thinners now on market.

The product is awesome. Thins lacquer paints easily. If you can't find it locally, this is a good price.

First let me send kudos to Wendy of Spray Gunner. Wendy good pack and send. You could only do better if there were two of you.To the product. Many modelers dont realize the chemical incompatibility with other chems. Mr.Color Thinner does an excellent job with most brands of enamel paint. Always test first! If you don't test before you put this or any other paint product you may have a future disaster. For example some combinations of thinner and paint may eat decals or even damage the plastic of a model. In the modeling world you will see items that specifically warn the modeler of a possible problem of incompatibility but those warnings are far to few. Another example is using furniture polish as a substitute for lacquer made for modeling. Many models have been destroyed by non hobby products. Point is this thinner is made for your hobby but always test ahead! I'm a modeler of 62 years. I know of what I speak.

One of best all rounder use thinner. Not just for paints, but for putties and other building materials when working on gunpla. This works on thinning the surfacer and primer as well.

This is the only thing I use to thin out Mr. Surfacer. I heard someone say you could just use denatured alcohol, but I tried it and it was like mixing oil and water. The Mr. Color thinner is perfect for thinning out Mr. Color products, as well it should be. For Mr. Surfacer I use an almost 1:1 ratio, since that stuff is THICK. Your mileage may vary. You get a good amount in the bottle too, since 400 ml. translates to ~13.5 U.S. fluid ounces. It says on the bottle that it's just a natural solvent, so I'm certain you could find its analogue at a hardware store if you really know your solvents. I can't tell exactly what it is, so I'm good with this for now.
