I bought these hoping that they would do the job but not so much. I could not even get these to clip onto items without releasing it. The metal notches that hold it together are not deep enough to make these things work right so they went back. If they do not lock then they are worthless!

This item was delivered today. The item was bent. One arm was bent enough that the locking teeth weren't touching. I don't know if theitem was sold in this condition or if the package was damaged in transit. I was able to bend the arm back so that it works now, but I am disappointed with the condition of the item.
