Didn’t work right. Trailer lights would only work when my Wrangler was turned off and only in acc mode. When my Jeep was running, I had to have the lights turned on and only the running would work on the trailer. I followed the basic directions that were in the box, I checked all the grounds and even re-wired it twice. Never worked. I bought a cheaper plug and play harness and hooked it up exactly the same way and all my trailer lights worked perfectly in all modes. Very disappointing, especially because I use a lot of NiLight products.

Wiring is fairly easy to install, but the 4 way connector does not fit any harness that is available. You have to keep it hanging or secure it to your hitch.

Blinkers and brake lights have never worked consistently. Now they don’t work at all. Lights in general only seem to work for the trailer when the light knob is in the “on” position and not when in the “automatic” position. Relatively easy install, but garbage after that

I had previously reviewed the wiring kit, and it worked great and was easy to install and for the wiring kit I would rate it 5 stars. As far as the hitch receiver, it had a problem. There was a weld bead inside the tube which made it impossible to insert the hitch as it would not fit. I was able to fix it with my Dremel tool with the flex shaft attached and a grinding bit which I used to grind down the weld bead to make it flat. I think it would have taken quite a long time trying to fix it with a file. The picture shows the weld bead that was causing the problem, so it doesn't take much to interfere. I would recommend that anyone purchasing the hitch receiver to try to insert your hitch into it before attaching it to your vehicle. For the defect in the receiver, I would rate it at 2 stars (would have been 1 star if I was unable to fix it).

Simple harness that taps into power lines to lights - not a CAN module. Meant for U.S.A. market.

I have a 2019 Jeep JL Wrangler and needed affordable wiring harness. Many of the wiring harnesses that I looked at was twice as much as this. The install was straightforward and easy. It took me maybe an hour or so to complete the install.

It was very easy and only took about one hour to instal. I took my time and followed an online video. Removing the rear lights is literally one nylon bolt on each side. Disconnecting the plugs was a bit challenging because you have to squeeze the pressure lock but I took my time and safely disconnected the plugs. The rest was fast and easy. Great product.

It fits as it should. Easy install on a 2023 jeep wrangler.
