Two issues with this product, one minor one major.Minor Issue - Picture in item description inaccurate:In the item description picture each cable is individually wrapped and separate from the other cables. In reality all three cables were bound together as one. This was an issue as I needed the yellow cable free to connect to the stator cable, which was far away from where the other cables needed to connect. This was fairly easy to fix as all I needed to do was split open the black heated shrink wrap binding all the cables together. A minor issue but an inaccurate product description.Major Issue - Rectifier burned out/shorted out/broke:Everything was great initially but about a week past the 30 day return window the rectifier stopped working. As you can see in the picture I added 0V were returning to the battery.Overall:Don't get suckered in by the price like I did. Many times these days prices are inflated for no real reason, typically because of the brand name, but in this case the price is a reflection of the quality of the product. I had a bad feeling when I bought this but I ignored that little voice because I wanted it quickly, so I could get back to riding, and because the price was so low. Learn from my mistake and go with actual OEM parts. In the end long lasting parts you KNOW you can rely on to work are worth the extra cost.

This item appears to be a great bang for the buck. It works. My battery is charging properly again, accent and headlights are nice and bright again. The only drawback is the harness was way too short. Im not sure what problem may arise from the harness length, but I might post an update if an issue occurs.*Update 7-24-23*It finally burned out ðŸ˜. It only lasted nearly a year. If it matters at all, you may want to pay the extra for a genuine Honda Shadow voltage regulator/rectifier.

Great product, easy to install, though the cord length was JUST barely long enough to connect on my Honda VT1100. It took some careful routing to make it reach, but it works properly and I’ve been pleased with jt.
