Easy as one, two, three... First, put your injured toe through the loop and flatten out the rest of the wrap. Continue to step two...
STEP TWO:
Second, place the rest of the wrap in between the toe next to your injured toe. Continue to step three...
STEP THREE:
Finally, pull tight! Pull the wrap around both toes and stick the hook and loop onto the wrap. And just like that, you're ready to go!

First, put the second toe through the loop and flatten out the rest of the wrap. Now on to step two...
STEP TWO:
Second, pull the wrap around the big toe and stick the hook and loop onto the wrap. Time to start healing!

It says for hammer toe but I took a gamble and used it for my broken toe. It worked as a type of buddy tape. Tight enough to provide support and soft enough to be able to wear all day

This buddy wrap tape would be okay but they are too big. Therefore, they tend to live around and did not stay on the toe. I need something smaller.

I have size 7 feet, and needed to use a wrap on a smaller toe (next to my pinky toe), and the wrap is a little big, but it works OK to keep it stabilized.
