They have sufficient magnetism to stick to a magnetic surface and stay put in spite of moving, etc.Can be cut into smaller dimensions. Smaller dimensions can be more expensive but if you get something of this size and precisely cut them let's say in half, you will save a lot, specially if you need a lot of these.Physical labels in my view can work better in certain plannings such as daily schedules in spite of endless apps and software that can do that as well. One advantage is that you can always keep an updated board of plans in front of you where it can be seen and adjusted as needed. You can print a label for all tasks at hand, projects, etc and further triage them by using colored sheets for color coding and category designation - offering an affordable way to stay organized without wasting paper by printing daily routine and schedules. All you need is a white board.

Great filing labels you can move around. I purchased for putting names on an employee milestone sign and we can move the names around as they move up through their 5,10, 20, 25 etc etc milestones.

Easy to use but the plastic covers over the paper inserts fall out VERY easily. I use these to mark tool boxes for their contents.

These magnets are just the right size and what my coworker was looking for. They are cut just right, they have a strong hold and they are sturdy. This is actually my second time purchasing these. Great quality and great price for the quantity.

The magnets hold nicely to any ferrous material (fridge, garage racking, tool chests, et al.).The magnets come with a removable white card stock as well as a clear mylar removable overlay tp protect from splashing liquids.The dimensions are about optimal to allow for adequate writing / text strings.I applied white labeling to the provided, white card stock, using a Brother label maker. The results looked very professional.

I am in charge of a genealogical research library that has metal bookcases. These magnetic label holders have a paper insert which is the perfect size for file labels and also adhere to the shelves securely. If too long, file labels can be folded to the back of the paper insert or trimmed. The clear plastic cover will save the labels from smudges. Overall, I am very pleased with these and will buy again when needed.

We needed a way to have our Unit Manning Report up and easily adjustable, because we are dealing with constant changes in our Battalion. These have been amazing. The plastic slide in cover allows us to write the actual paragraph and line number on the clear cover, then the rank and name of the Soldier slides in behind that. This allows us to freely move the names of the Soldiers and leave the magnet with the plastic slide in place with the paragraph/line number, never having to move the actual magnet.The Commander and 1SG love it, they can walk right in my office (Readiness NCO) and immediately know about vacancies, pending transfers, RSP Soldiers coming in, excess/over strength, etc. And because it is on a dry erase board, I can put notes beside certain positions/Soldiers to further explain what is going on with our UMR.This saves me so much time because unit leadership can just look at the board, figure things out on their own, and most of the time they don't even have to ask me questions, which frees up my time to work on the 5000 other issues going on with the unit.I was hoping this would be a good product when I purchased it, and it has far exceeded all expectations. I would show a photo of I could, but it's our UMR, and that's not allowed :) Suffice to say however I'm extremely happy with the end product.
