The power connection on this LED strip is in a different place than the OEM LED strip which means you will need to extend the wire so it will reach the connector on the replacement LED strip. That would be okay except the connector looks like a proprietary design. It's not a JST or Molex connector. Snip the wire to create an extension but do not pull out the terminals or try to replace the connector. I posted a question asking for manufacturer info on the connector and got no answer. The easiest and most reliable solution is to just get an extension but there is none available. If you have removed the terminals from the connector then you will have to solder in the wire and hopefully not melt the connector. Good luck.

Ok so fixing the backlight sounded like the answer. Could of been if I didn't break my outside screen pulling it up with the suction cups.B LISTEN TO ME THAT SCREEN IS FLIMSY BUT HAS NO PLAY. It cracked faster than a iPhone dropped without a case. So yeah I ruined my 65
