It’s that time of year and I am getting my pool ready for the Spring. This ladder wrap was very intriguing to me. I received the 4 ft blue one and to be honest, I am very surprised. Easy to install and the grip is phenomenal. I can’t wait to use it in the heavy heat in August. Should keep handle cooler, but the condensation factor will be much safer. Great value. Make sure to zip the wrap when placed where you want it. If you zip it first and then try to slide it on your tube, you will struggle.

My handrail for getting in and out of my pool gets blistering hot from the direct sun. Guests and grand kids were getting their hands burned on it and sometimes losing their balance as they could not use it for balance on the steps. This neoprene handrail cover was an instant solution. It doesn't get hot and adds better gripping for our swimmers. Wish I knew about them years ago. Installed in minutes. Should be with your standard pool opening process.

I wonder why I've never seen these before. Pool handrails definitely get hot, especially where I live in Florida. There's a reason they call it the sunshine state! They also get wet and slippery. That's even worse than hot, because it can lead to falls. This cover is made of a thicker, quality neoprene. It was a bit difficult to install, because the zipper was uncooperative. I was able--eventually--to get the cover on myself. You might want to ask someone to hold it close while you zip. But there was nobody around when I did it. Like any zipper, the trick is to get it started. Once you do, it's zips up nicely. Once on, it does its job. It's a tight fit around the rail, which helps make it a good grip and secure. It comes in a 4ft and 6ft length. I got the shorter one. That's all you really need for safety. It covered the entire top of my rail. If you are concerned about appearance, you might want the longer one. Your call, I didn't care.

I've been wanting a wrap for my pool entrance rail (slippery when wet); so happy I found this one. It takes two people - one to hold it on the bar while the other zips it up but once on, it looks fantastic and works great. It fits like a glove and isn't slippery. The wrap is a nice thickness and should stand up to long use. On my rail it only covered half of the amount than what is shown in the description photo, and my rail is very similar looking, but the important area is covered so I'm happy. I love the deep blue color of the wrap.

I installed this on one of my pool hand rails. Nice design! My pool handrails have two curves which caused the zipper to pucker (see photos). There's no functional problem, just the appearance which may not bother you. The cover itself has a nice, cushy feel and I think it offers a better, more secure grip as you're coming out of the pool. I think I could place the zipper on the outside of the curve to solve the issue, but that won't look as nice.

We have one of those standard curved pool entry railings, but I never could find a cover for the pool rail and I figured it was one of those things that they only had for commercial pools. When I found this on Amazon I was delighted, and I can't wait for those next few weeks to pass so that I can open the pool and use this. It seems to be of a really nice quality, it has little raised dots on the surface of the material for slip resistance and a very sturdy zipper. I tried it on the railing just to see how it worked, and it was really easy to get on. I'm so excited about not have a hot and slippery railing this summer.

I had a neoprene sleeve on my pool handrail and loved it, but it finally faded and then started flaking. I had to throw it away last week. I found this one available, and it is very similar to the one I had. The color is bright, and I definitely wanted a new sleeve. These do wonders with helping with grip and keep the part of the rail we touch to enter or exit the pool, cool to the touch. I personally can tell that having these type sleeves protects the handrail from the elements and keeps them looking good over time. This sleeve meets all my expectations and requirements. It’s bright, it is easy to install, and fits like a glove. To install it, you just put the ends together and zip it closed. The zipper is well made and seems to have no defects or reason for me to be concerned. The sleeve looks great and doesn’t slide or slip when you grasp it. The material is comfortable. I got the four foot length and put it on my single handrail out by my shallow entry steps. This ended up being perfect.

It was simple to put on the handle, it serves as a useful, & safe handle. You are not touching the hot metal, which happens with pool handles. Unfortunately, when I ordered these, I did not realize it was a one-rail package and now cannot get the other one. So we will have to find something somewhere, even if it does not match! It is a zippered neoprene cover on the handle, which went on very easily, and it is a good value for the handle cover. It has a great grip to it, I even tried it going down the ladder just above the water in our pool to test it. I like it a lot, it looks good on the handle. It will help me this season, getting in and out safely.
