We use this for the shockwave unit at our chiropractic clinic. It works great so far and we're very pleased! Things we love about it:- More affordable, looks better, and has more features than the Parker Labs Thermasonic "equivalent"- It's on a timer, so we don't have to worry about turning it on and off each day- Time and temp was easy to set- Warms the bottle of gel thoroughly and evenly- Comes with a bottle just in case, but is compatible with our existing gel bottles too- Has a little divot in the bottom so we can continue to store our bottles upside down to avoid air bubbles. I didn't realize this before ordering, but it's a fantastic bonus!This small thing has made such a difference. Patients notice and comment on how nice it is that the gel isn't cold. Thank you for helping us improve our patient experience!

This is an effective little unit that blends into my room well. It is sturdy and it looks and feels good quality, the only thing that is in my mind when I look at it is having a baby scan! I am sure that is just me! I am actually using this for oils and am using my own 5cm wide bottles with my own mixes in. I am one of these people that plugs the gizmo in, uses it and then reads the instructions - I would say this is easy to use.

Item received in good condition and very well packaged in a plain cardboard box. The item comes very securely packaged in a foam block.The unit is well made and feels like it is made from a good quality of plastic and is tough and durable. It can be table top used or wall mounted so you have both options.The instruction booklet although only three pages is very well written and easy to understand and follow. The controls are simple to understand and easy to use. The display is a nice size and gives simple information that you require. I really like the buttons when they are pressed you know they are and the are responsive first time.The work/sleep mode works perfectly and allows for energy saving when its not in use. It warms the gel very quickly in just a few minuets which is fantastic how efficient it is. It takes up little space and operates without noise. This is a nice piece of kit that works very well.
