For what it is, it makes really good, portion-sized meatballs. It is easy to clean and wipe off, and it is very simple to use. It's pretty straightforward.

Overall this is a decent meatball maker. It does have a couple shaper edges that I would have liked to have had polished off but it works perfectly well regardless.

These are much tidier than rolling meatballs by hand. There is a bit of a knack to loading and rolling the balls, but by the end of a large batch of meatballs, you'll have mastered the technique. The meatballs are about 11/2" in diameter, so these are on the smaller side. It does enable you to make nice round meatballs and with less mess than other methods. Even with the need to master the loading technique this is faster than making meatballs by hand.

This speeds up the process of making meatballs as well as makes it less messy. The meatballs come out a good size and very uniform! It is easy to wash and can be used for other things as well. The tool can be used to make chocolate truffles or other similar desserts.

At first I was not sure about this gadget but once I figured it out and started using it I love it and will not make meatballs differently. Usually I weigh my meatballs out so that they are the same size every time but this takes that out the equation and they are quicker to make as well.

I'm the person that is going to use something for something it was not made for.My husband loves to make cookies and candies at Christmas. He popular one is these chocolate covered balls.Put the mixture in the molds and use the scoop thiny to make the balls. I am never going to have powdered sugar coated hands from rolling all those balls.This is 100% a favorite of mine.
