This fit my 1978 Ariens ST504 fired right up! Its never ran this good only problem I had was the main fuel nipple from the carb was at a 5 o'clock position was able to move back up to the 3 o'clock with pliers easy to install.

Used this on my toro snow blower. My original carb had 2 mixture screws, this has none. Almost didn't buy for that reason but still bought it and it works great. Hope I don't need it but you never know in Ohio.

Worked perfectly, good quality too. Installed it and my snowblower started right up without trouble. Came with everything I needed, but I wish it came with more hose clamps. The fuel hoses are a little weak too, they easily crimp. So id recommend ordering good fuel hoses and extra hose clamps to go with this.

Had my doubts because it was so inexpensive, but it is well made and was plug and play. I installed it and my snowblower fired right up. For less than $20 you cannot go wrong.

A great buy but this carb would not fit my snowblower because of different linkage setup and gas inlet connection positioning.

I was surprised that I was able to find a new carburetor to fit my 1988 Ariens ST524 snow blower that had been running poorly for several winters. I first removed and attempted to clean the original carb, taking note and pictures of the design. There was no positive identification of the engine manufacturer, let alone the carburetor, though a few online sources named the engine as a Tecumseh. I matched my pictures of the original to the various carbs available on Amazon and elsewhere. I made my final choice based on the intake port and mounting measurements shown on the Amazon product description. Installation was easy, as it almost exactly matched the original. The engine fired up on the third pull and seems to run fine. I'll have to wait until it snows to judge how it works under load - but so far - so good.
