Installed this new regulator/rectifier on a 1996 sea doo XP (listed as compatible) and began charging the battery at over 20 VDC. Swapping the wires did not work. You get what you pay for, go spend the extra $20 on a higher quality part that won’t destroy your machine.

This rectifier worked perfectly to solve my electrical issue on my '97 GTX. The ski was charging the battery over 15v and causing it to cut in and out. This part looks nicely made and so far have not had any problems.
