A-1 service. Saved me from putting in whole new $1400.00 center. 2 thumbs up.

This was the perfect fix for my wife's Jeep. The display is very crisp and clear. We both feel it is better than the original display. After watching a video on how to take it out and swap it, I had it replaced in 20 minutes. Stellantis (Chrysler) should be ashamed for not taking care of their customers and standing behind their product.I saved $1300 from what the dealership quoted me to replace it.

Easy to install works great and looks good. After removing the radio it took about 5 minutes for Sirus radio to reactivate.

I did the repair myself. Super easy - the hardest part was getting the radio out of the dash. I swear my UConnect screen display quality looks better than the OEM! Touch screen is super responsive and was perfect fit. It's been almost 2 months now. Save some money! I can't recommend this replacement enough.

This was a very easy install. My high school aged son actually did it with me watching over him. Simply rip out the dash panel, undo 4 screws to the head unit, undo the cables. Then you have to take the unit itself apart. This was really fairly easy. The only thing that would make this better was some instructions. Taking the stereo out was easy enough, but I think that disassembling the head unit could have gone a little bit easier if we had them. Still very easy.New display works great, completely fixed everything.

This is easy to do if you also purchase a car trim removal kit.Screen quality is better than the original and no more heated seat coming on in the middle of summer.Ghost presses have gone. Much cheaper than sending to jeep to get it done.

I've always installed my own car stereo systems, going back to the 1970's. This was the easiest, fastest, and most trouble-free upgrade EVER. Replacement screen is crystal clear - something I have never seen before in my 2017 300c (bought used, 12K miles in late 2017 and screen already had quality issues!).Replacement is simple - pull the climate control panel, then the bezel around the display (these are snap-fit) and remove 4 screws around the display. Unclip the 6 cables and the head is in your hands. Carefully spread the clips on the black metal bezel and flip it to the side (it has a wire connection, so use caution). Unscrew the 6 long screws to remove the display and then unclip the flex-cables. This is the only possible fiddly step - I carefully slid the edge of a razor blade under the handle and lifted enough to get my fingernail underneath and open the latch. Swap the display, re-attach the two flex cables, and reverse the disassembly process. The entire process of disassembly and re-assembly took about 20-minutes.If you don't hear any audio after replacing the display head, DON'T PANIC! Close and lock the car, go put the screwdriver away (wait like 90-seconds, actually). When you come back and unlock / start the car, the audio should be heard. No need to remove the battery or fuse as a first step.4-stars overall only because it's only been in service for 30-minutes. I'll update this after some more time with it. High marks for initial quality of display, perfectly centered images, and ease of install.

Replaced my display screen on my 18 Ram due to a cracked screen and ghost touches. Easy replacement and has been working great so far. Display quality is very good, much cheaper than dealer prices and would buy this product again!

If you are where I was when looking for a solution to my 2018 Ram radio screen, you found it. The glue on your factory screen is melting, looks terrible and is causing the screen or UConnect to have ghost touches and it gets progressively worse, to the point you have to disconnect your phone to prevent butt dials. It can get really bad so do not wait to fix. This new screen is probably your most cost-effective way to fix the problem and avoid the dealership. Not too difficult to switch out the old screen with this screen for the average guy watching YouTub videos. The screws go through these long tubes, so you want to keep the base held together as you remove the screen and then attach the new one. Some connections need close attention to aligning them, had to redo once, I probably need stronger reading glasses. Give some time for the new screen to align with your system after you plug it back in and then you will be good to go. You can go cheaper and try and clean the glue off, but there is a good chance you would ruin the digitizer. If you try that, I would use tape used on electronics to reapply the digitizer to the screen, not just any double-sided tape the guy in a video recommended. Your other option is to go to the dealer and roll the dice on price. It is amazing how the internet is full of videos on fixing common problems and dealerships put on an act like they need to spend time and money to problem solve such a complex matter? No thanks. I do wonder what Ram engineer/designer put the heat vents on both sides of the digital screen without heat protection. I just hope these screens are available in another 5 years.
