Installation tips:
1. When taking out the old key cap, gently lift it from the upper left corner to the upper right corner (first release the top button), then take out the old key cap;
2. If the white hinge is not damaged, when installing the key cap, first aim at the buckle at the lower end of the key cap and then gently press the upper end.(Please do not press directly, it is easy to break the key cap);

Wish I knew about this sooner. I've been using an external keyboard for the past few years since some of my macbook keys no longer worked well. The external keyboard was a good solution for using at home but not very practical for traveling.I decided to order these keys and it only took me a minute or two to replace the broken keys. The new ones easily clicked into place and now my keyboard is functioning again! I'm so pleased. Even more pleased that it didn't cost me the astronomical fee to have it done through the Apple store.

I have an A1708 model MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports), and bought these keys because they said they'd fit my model laptop - the keys are the correct dimensions in the way that they it in the square hole of my laptop keyboard, but the height is different and the 3 replacement keys I used from this set do not come out from the metal surface like the original keys do.Not perfect or the correct size as it claims, but its manageable and I can get used to three keys being shorter than the rest of my other laptop keys. or... I guess I could replace all of them so they all match but I don't want to lol

My wife’s fingernails wore off the key-cap letters on my 13” MacBook 2017. These replacement caps are a perfect fit! Easy to install, and still looking good after 6 months of her typing :)

Next day delivery, packaging was good. I watched a 1 minute YouTube video on how to replace the keys and I had it done in 3 seconds (had 2 that needed replacement). Keys fit perfectly and tested fine when typing. Highly recommend if your keys fall off, but don’t want to pay apples price to replace.FYI-these are for the keys only. Not the white clips attached to the keyboard portion of the laptop. If those white clips are broken, a simple key replacement won’t work. You’ll need to replace the white clip too. Be sure to check which model you have before buying, to ensure you have the right keys, different models have different size/shape keys.
