This was my second Rodecaster purchase because I loved the first one but this one was defective. When I tried to return this to the seller per Rode Tech support they sent a message saying the box had to be in new condition and if the box was damaged or missing anything they would charge a 20% restocking fee.. They also said if they found the unit to be functioning they would not return it and they would not provide any refund and said they would only return the device after I paid for the shipping. I wouldn't buy from this seller again they try to intimidate their customer into not returning anything. I just worked with Rode and they sent a shiping label and are repairing the unit at no cost
