Overall the pants themselves are fine. The fabric is better quality than expected for a "costume" and is a cotton/linen blend, washes well and breathes (so you won't roast at a summer Ren Faire).They do seem to run large. They are a baggy fit already, and you may need to pull them down like the model to make them look right, don't bunch them up just under the knee.They were not flattering at all on a more curvy frame, so I'd listen to the "Men's" part of the description.

Bought these for my 5' tall 12 y/o for his first Ren Faire and he said they were very comfortable. I ordered the mens medium because he's at that awkward size & height between boy and men sizing. The fit was just a little on the larger size, but that was what I was expecting and anticipating. The hope is that he should be able to wear them for several years. The material is soft, washed well, and did not shrink in the dryer. Will definitely purchase in a different color.

The pants came in to be a little bit bigger than expected, the measurements on the chart don't seem to be super accuate but the pants still fit well enough. Other than that the fabric feels very nice and lightweight! For reference I am 5"0 and 150 lbs and I got a large, I think I should've bought a medium.

Although this product is meant for costumes, it is so comfortable that you can even wear it around the house! The material is great and sturdy and the pants are quite unique. The material is thin enough to wear in the summer time. I wonder how it would look with a whole pirate costume!

I know these are mens, but I ordered a medium and they fit more like an XL. The pair I received had no tag on the inside, so they could just be the wrong size. The fabric is a bit cheap and doesn't really sell the old linen look, but is very comfortable to wear and not too scratchy. The cut is also weird, they balloon out too much so it looks more like jester pants/pantaloons than generic peasant/pirate pants. Not bad for a cheap costume piece but definitely leaves something to be desired.

These pirate pants have elastic in the back to help them fit a variety of body sizes. As above, I'm 5'11" and 212lbs and the XL was too large for me. It's doable though, just a bit loose, but that means if I put on a couple pounds I should be fine. The color is a nice blue gray and has some tooth to the fabric so it looks good up close. Some costume material looks shiny and synthetic, but this one is a nice weight and mat. Definitely happy to have it as part of my costuming collection since Halloween will be here before I know it.

Worked great for a Halloween costume and honestly comfy enough to use as pajamas or even mess cloths if i need after the holiday has ended.
