Needed something quick and cheap to get a 2012 Yukon XL going that had the mirror dangling. The mirror it replaced was a more complex mirror (had turn signal) but this simpler one worked just fine. Good for the price.

This thing was ridiculously easy to install. Pop the small trim piece off on the inside of the door, pull out a piece of insulation, undo three bolts, pull the old mirror off, put the new mirror in, and now just repeat the previous steps in reverse order. If you can read this review, you can install this mirror.

Perfect fit on my silverado. Original mirror had a textured outer shell while this has a smooth glossy shell. I actually like this new one better. Will order one for the other side now.

Very good product and close to factory. Only problem I had is that the replaceable mirror cover (had to replace because mine was black textured not black smooth) that can be replaced on factory mirrors was not meant to be replaced on these. It still had all the factory matching mounting clips but they were like hot glued as to not be removed. Did successfully manage to get a new factory textured mirror cap on tho and didn’t break the mirror when removing the old one.

installation and fitment good for an aftermarket product. functions well overall. at speed, the mirror shakes more than the original. I didn't take it apart to figure out why, but i believe it's due to the material used to hold the mirror to the housing. At anything over 55, you get a shaky view. Not a problem during daylight, but makes judging distance of vehicles at nighttime a bit more challenging. The housing is not shaking, it's the mirror itself.

The product is good so far. I installed it in 15-20min. The only thing is the mirror rattles a little when I'm driving but it for the price I'll take it any day. Wished it could have an option of having the same color as the truck or maybe it did I just didnt see it. The wiring works just fine no issues. It does come with hardware and a few zip ties I used the original nuts from the old mirror.
