Not the best quality control. Studs could have been a bit longer. Instructions are pretty vague, and they don’t even mention what to do with the foam pieces. Even so I would have rated higher if the Windows actually moved correctly and mirror defrost didn’t blow my fuse.I might as well have bought manual adjust ones. My left mirror doesn’t move to the left. My right mirror only moves up, it also moves up when I move my driver’s side mirror. I’m guessing they probably have some wires switched around. If I want in a hurry trying to move across country I’d diagnose it more, and I don’t have time to send for a replacement. Once I get moved I’ll see if I can fix the problem.

I love the fact that both mirrors are independent. They take a little bit to install but fit nicely. The are slightly larger than the last ones I purchased through ECCPP. The quality is also better.

These are nice and work with your electric controls. Warning make sure you check the parts immediately. I put these on several months after I ordered them. Each mirror has three metric studs that hold them on. I was missing two. They can’t be bought in my part of America. Kinda senseless to pay $30 to have them machined. I used all thread. Not ideal. Oh yes, when you contact them, you don’t exist. Nice mirrors, poor quality control, difficult customer service.

mounted these after unpacking them, some of the threaded rod included was a bit short but I just didn't screw them into the mirror all the way. after tightening them down and driving around for a few weeks I have noticed no vibrations or anything and the power movement and heated portion works like a champ. plug was an exact fit for my vehicle and took about 20 minutes to install both.

Don't buy! They shake super bad going down the road even with the back support plate on and mine came without studs to mount them.

Quality with problems. (99 1/2 dodge 3/4 ton diesel)Build quality of main components and hardware parts (the ones I got): highDocumentation: sucks - the large foam seal goes further out, not obvious, the smaller on on the inside of the reinforcement plate. Not clear how the smaller foam seal is supposed to work. So, I figured this out AFTER I installed then, so I will seal with silicone on the outside temporarily and have a go at putting the foam seals in later.Hardware: 4 of the threaded study were missing, went to ace and got longer sections of threaded rod. Metric m6 1.0 thread. had to cut them off and re thread the end but worked fine. the studs are almost too short.-connector from the mirror is too short a wire by 1/4 inch so I found another unused hole and moved it there.main mirror: motor seems to work fine and doesn't blow fuses like another one I returned to a store in town. This is initial eval, can go up to almost 4 IF they last a while.(as an aside I got the pkg of Chrysler pop ins for the door panel and I had to replace several. )

Installed easy enough but the directions are crap. It looks like a dark photocopy of a photocopy. The mirrors seem like a decent quality. The studs they provide aren't quite long enough so don't screw them into the mirror all the way. They're way better than the stock mirrors I had.
