These are 12mm tall top-to-bottom, of that the the lip is 1.5mm high, and they are indeed 6.5 mm wide, which is what mattered for my situation. My non-name brand originals have a 1mm lip and I could slightly see this one rode a little higher.As a result, this did fit in my after-market Tele-copy as a replacement for one which fell out. I don't particularly like these style ferrules, the standard tele ones have ridges in them and this is smooth, hence one fell out and got lost.These fit what they replaced. Went in easy. Good, fair price.

These Ovsal "string pullers" (most of us call them ferrules) are approximately 6mm in diameter, which is ever-so slightly narrower than common 1/4 inch ones. Suitable for Teles and hardtail Strats- it would probably be wise to measure your ferrule holes to determine whether these will be a good fit. In any case, these ferrules are well-made, chrome plated and decently priced.
