Are they shear or sheer? More the former, I'd say. Nuts - by a thread. I took a video to include in my review, but it seemed a little boring. They seem to move very little in the package. Once installed and they're working, they spin around in that turning piece quite rapidly and then are harder to see. I'll work on getting you a good closeup of them in action... and I'll update my review with a video then. Stay tuned.
