great upgrade for my new ten speed cassette. be careful to check if the front mount will allow derailleur to clear the slightly larger diameter of the big ring. unfortunately my front tiagra derailleur was soo narrow it dragged heavily when cross chaining. needed 11speed chain and precise tuning. not sure what the gap should be between inner and outer plates of shimano ten speed derailleur.
